Hello. I’m Roni Love, a licensed cosmetologist specializing in intentional hair care and elevated beauty. My mission is to create a calm, professional space where your hair is nourished, Each service is intentional, and your confidence is elevated.
What to Expect
To ensure a smooth, Respectful, and elevated experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking.
Consultations
A consultation is required for all hair treatment, chemical, and bridal services to evaluate your hair, scalp, and desired results. Consultation fees are applied toward your service if you proceed with booking, ensuring safe and customized care.
Respect for Time
Appointments are scheduled with intention, and punctuality is essential. Late arrivals may result in shortened services to accommodate the next appointment. A late fee applies after 10 minutes, and appointments delayed beyond 25 minutes may need to be canceled and rescheduled.
Deposits & Cancelations
Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable. With proper notice, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are booked online only. Service times are estimates and may vary depending on hair length, density, and condition. No extra guests are permitted unless accompanying a minor receiving services.
Travel & Mobile Services
Clients must email to request travel availability before scheduling a mobile appointment. Travel services are available by request only and must be approved via email prior to booking.
travel fees are as follows:
• $100 flat fee for locations within 10 miles
• $0.50 per mile for locations beyond 10 miles (round trip)

Travel fees are non-refundable and must be paid prior to booking. Approval is based on location, service type, and availability. Unapproved travel bookings are subject to cancellation.
Payment
Payment is due at the conclusion of your service. Accepted forms include cash, Zelle, Cash App, debit, and credit cards.
Chemical & Permanent Services
Consent forms are required for all chemical and permanent services. Patch tests may be requested prior to coloring or chemical treatments to ensure safety and optimal results.
Content & Photography
Photos may be taken for portfolio and social media use with your permission. Please notify me if you prefer to opt out.
