At Official by Roni Love, we take pride in offering premium-quality Virgin Burmese hair and luxury hair products. Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Shipping
● Orders are processed promptly and typically delivered within 3–4 business days after processing.
● Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
● Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
● Official by Roni Love is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, tape-in extensions, braiding hair, or any other hair products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 10 days or products that have been colored, chemically treated, or otherwise altered are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Official by Roni Love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, we will gladly help you file a claim when possible.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. Official by Roni Love is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
