Double Process
A two-step color service involving lightening followed by toning or color application.
Service Description
Consultation required. PLEASE READ: Two color bowls are included with your service. Any additional bowls required will be charged at $15 per bowl.
Cancellation Policy
- Consultations required for all chemical services. Failure to book a consultation will result in cancelation of your appointment. - All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits may be transferred once with proper notice. - Please arrive on time, as service times are scheduled to respect all clients. A late fee applies after 10 minutes, and appointments delayed 25 minutes or more may be canceled and rescheduled. - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. - In the event of a no-call/no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
